Service Description
Ready for a game changer workout? Proven results are what High Intensity Interval Training gets you! This 45 minute class will lead up to 30 minutes of circuit type training with 30-60 seconds of pushing it to the max exercises with a brief rest in between. Take your workout to the next level with Cara’s extensive background in fitness, sports and well being. Bring a mat and water. Plan classes can be used for Breath and Yoga Classes and HIIT taught by Cara. Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to meet minimum number of participants.
