In this part 2 of a 3 part series of chakra classes you will learn about the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras. Cara will share information on the characteristics of blockages or overactivity in these lower chakras and how to bring it to balance through the use of crystals, scents and practices. You will also learn a practice to energetically tap into your chakras so that you can maintain an equilibrium for a renewed sense of peace and balance.
