Service Description

In this part 1 of a 3 part series of chakra classes you will learn about the Heart chakra. Cara will share information on the characteristics of blockages or overactivity in the Heart chakra and how to bring it to balance through the use of crystals, scents and practices. You will also learn a practice to energetically tap into your chakras so that you can maintain an equilibrium for a renewed sense of peace and balance. You will leave with a physical tool to connect to your Heart chakra. Mark your calendar for tentative Lower Chakra Class on Saturday, May 30th 10:30am-12pm.
